Eligibility:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Opened products are not eligible for return

Email contact@dryvnlabs.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
